Our operation in Encino, Los Angeles, California, is committed to offering a convenient, high-quality service tailored to meet the unique needs of your vehicle.

By accessing our service, you, the customer, agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If at any time you do not agree to these terms, please immediately cease use of our Services.

Service Description
LuxeLA Mobile Detailing provides comprehensive mobile car detailing services, which may include, but are not limited to, exterior washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, upholstery stain removal, and tire cleaning. Service offerings and packages are detailed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Booking and Scheduling
Appointment Booking: Services can be scheduled through our website, phone, or via email. All services require an appointment.

Service Location: The Client must provide a legal and accessible location for the detailing service to be performed.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 25% of the service fee.

Payments and Fees
Pricing: Detailed pricing for each service package is available on our website. Prices are subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle and specific client requirements.

Payment Method: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and select digital payment platforms. Full payment is required upon completion of the service.

Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and lawful location for the service and must ensure the vehicle is accessible for detailing. Personal items should be removed from the vehicle prior to service to prevent loss or damage.

Quality Guarantee and Disputes
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the complaint, which may include a partial refund, re-service, or other compensatory measures.

Limitation of Liability
LuxeLA Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any damages that exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services rendered. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or other economic loss, arising out of the services provided.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LuxeLA Mobile Detailing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to the Client’s account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by the Client or any other person accessing the service using the Client’s service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms
LuxeLA Mobile Detailing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
